Commerce strategy
Platform, catalogue structure, navigation and buyer journeys planned before we build.
We build Shopify and WooCommerce stores around how customers discover products, make decisions and buy. Every project includes commerce architecture, storefront design, search foundations, tracking and a properly tested launch.
The package changes the size, complexity and design depth of the build. The core standard does not.
Platform, catalogue structure, navigation and buyer journeys planned before we build.
Core page, product and archive templates designed and built around the brand.
The shopping experience is designed and tested across mobile, tablet and desktop.
Architecture, indexation, schema, metadata, internal linking and technical search foundations.
GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and ecommerce conversion tracking configured.
Relevant payment methods and shipping rules configured for how the business actually sells.
Checkout, tracking, responsive behaviour, forms, search and key purchase journeys tested.
Technical support for build-related issues for 30 days after the store goes live.
Your final quote depends on design depth, catalogue complexity, integrations, migration requirements, shipping logic and any custom functionality.
For focused ecommerce businesses that need a complete, professionally built online store without complex operational requirements.
For growing and established ecommerce brands that need stronger design, merchandising, product discovery and integrations.
For larger retailers and ecommerce businesses with complex catalogues, integrations, migrations or operational requirements.
Two stores can sit in the same package and still require very different amounts of work. We quote within the range after reviewing the actual commerce requirements.
Even our Core package includes deliberate work on the templates and commerce journeys customers actually interact with. We are not installing a theme, changing the colours and calling it finished.
We define scope clearly so an integration, migration or product setup does not mean different things after the project begins.
A connection implemented through an existing supported Shopify app, WooCommerce plugin, native integration or documented connector without bespoke API development. Payment setup and OnMedia's standard analytics stack do not consume an integration allowance.
An integration requiring custom API development, middleware, bespoke data mapping, custom authentication or significant modification of an existing connector. These are explicitly scoped before development begins.
Products individually configured by OnMedia using client-supplied descriptions, pricing, images, variants and product information. Large clean catalogues may instead be bulk imported where appropriate.
Covers technical defects relating to the agreed build. New features, additional pages, new integrations, content work and ongoing store management are separately scoped.
We do not force every business onto the same platform. We recommend the stack based on your catalogue, payment requirements, integrations, internal team and growth plans.
A strong fit for businesses that want a managed commerce platform, reliable administration and a broad ecommerce app ecosystem.
A strong fit where WordPress flexibility, local integrations, content depth or greater control over the technical environment matters.
Core and Growth projects are typically billed 50% at kickoff, 30% at the agreed design/build milestone and 20% before launch. Scale projects may use milestone billing.
Hosting, domains, Shopify subscriptions, premium themes, plugins, apps, payment fees and other third-party licences are paid separately by the client.
Clients supply product information, pricing, imagery and brand assets unless content production, photography, data cleanup or other production work is included in the approved scope.
We will review your catalogue, platform requirements, integrations, migration needs and growth plans before recommending the right build level and final project quote.
