01 // Who this is for

Three people join this bootcamp. Usually for different reasons.

A

Agency owners and team leads

Your team was handed search tasks with no formal training, so they learn on client sites while clients pay for trial-and-error. Train them properly in one quarter.

B

Brands with in-house marketing

You have been tasked with driving organic search with no budget for a full-time hire. Agency retainers cost 30k to 80k a month, and the knowledge leaves when the contract ends. This stays in-house.

C

Marketers and freelancers

You handle content, branding, or social well. Search is the one core channel you cannot quote on with confidence, and it's the one that compounds most over time.

02 // The problem

Search changed underneath everyone and most marketers have not caught up.

Someone types a question. A model generates its own searches, reads the web, and answers without sending anyone to your site. The rules for being the source it quotes are not the rules most people learned. You can either understand how this works or keep guessing why traffic moved.

03 // Taught properly, not as a buzzword

AI search is a core module, not a single slide.

Master the core mechanisms behind AI model citations and engine retrieval.

01

Retrieval Triggers

Learn when prompts pull live web data vs relying on embedded parametric knowledge.

02

Query Fan-Out

Uncover how a single prompt branches into hidden background searches behind the scenes.

03

The Shortlist Problem

Position your brand inside candidate sets before retrieval even takes place.

04

First-Party Verification

Structure pricing, terms, and specs so machines verify and cite your data effortlessy.

05

Entities & Extractability

Format content using answer-first blocks and question headers engineered for machine extraction.

06

AI Citation Analytics

Track real brand mentions across Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Google AI Overviews.

04 // What changes

Six concrete skills you will master.

Every outcome ends in a practical deliverable you can present to a client or employer.

01
NowPicking keywords purely by volume and hoping they convert.
Find high-intent demand

Rank opportunities by business value and read a competitor's organic strategy from their site architecture.

You leave withA prioritised keyword set and competitor teardown
02
NowGuessing why a page is underperforming without clear metrics.
Audit any page in minutes

Judge intent, content depth and missing information, then choose the first change worth making.

You leave withA client-ready page audit with measurable next actions
03
NowOverwhelmed by 400+ generic errors flagged by automated tools.
Fix real technical blockers

Crawl live sites, inspect indexation and separate high-impact blockers from harmless tool alerts.

You leave withA technical issue list prioritised by severity and effort
04
NowUnable to explain why a competitor gets cited in AI search results.
Earn AI citations

Structure pages so AI systems can retrieve, verify and confidently cite the brand behind them.

You leave withAn AI-search page rewrite and citation gap analysis
05
NowSending traffic screenshots without explaining business impact.
Prove revenue contribution

Use Search Console and GA4 to explain what changed, why it changed and what it produced.

You leave withA reporting view tied to leads, sales and decisions
06
NowUnsure how to scope or price search services.
Package and price search services

Scope the work, set a defensible price and explain your recommendation without hiding behind jargon.

You leave withA proposal, pricing framework and pitch-ready scope

06 // Curriculum

The 12-Week Roadmap.

Every week builds sequentially on the last. Click through to view the weekly breakdown and exact deliverables.

Week 1

How search actually works

Crawling, rendering, indexing and ranking, in that order, because every problem you will ever diagnose sits in one of those four stages. Set up your toolkit and run a first pass on a live site.

You produce A crawl of a real site, and a read of what search engines actually see on it
Week 2

Keyword research and competitive analysis

Find what people actually search for, then rank it by what it is worth to the business rather than by volume. Read a competitor's entire strategy from their site structure.

You produce A keyword set ranked by business value, and a competitor teardown
Week 3

Content strategy and search intent

Map keywords to pages by intent. Decide what to create, what to optimise, and what to leave alone. Build the topic cluster that everything after this sits inside.

You produce A cluster map with a create-or-optimise decision on every page
Week 4

On-page SEO

Judge whether any page serves its query, then say what to change and why. Entities, information gain, cannibalisation, and reading titles and metas as a diagnostic instrument rather than a writing task.

You produce A page-level audit memo with a first change and a way to measure it
Week 5

Content architecture and internal linking

A cluster is not a cluster because you drew it. It is a cluster because the links exist. Anchor text, hub and spoke direction, click depth, and finding the orphan pages nothing points at.

You produce An internal linking plan with the anchors written, not just arrows drawn
Week 6

Technical SEO: crawl, render, index

Crawl budget, JavaScript rendering, canonicals, redirects and index bloat. Separate the problems worth fixing from the ones a tool flagged for no reason.

You produce A prioritised technical issue list with severity and effort against each one
Week 7

Technical SEO: speed, structured data, diagnostics

Core Web Vitals, schema as a machine-readable restatement of what a page already proves, and how to debug something when two tools disagree with each other.

You produce Structured data implemented and validated on a live template
Week 8

AI search and GEO

Retrieval, query fan-out, the shortlist problem, first-party verification, entities and extractability. The full module, taught from evidence rather than from headlines.

You produce A page rewritten to survive a model checking your site directly
Week 9

Local, e-commerce and measurement

Google Business Profile, local signals and the location page trap. Product and category structure for stores. Then Search Console and GA4 as diagnostic instruments rather than screenshot factories.

You produce A reporting view that says what changed, why, and what it was worth
Weeks 10 to 12

Mentorship and portfolio

Three weeks applying all of it under my direct supervision. One-to-one sessions with me, group coaching, portfolio review, and the proposal and pricing frameworks you need to charge for this work.

You produce A finished portfolio and a proposal you could send tomorrow

I teach SEO the same way I practise it: start with the business question, inspect the evidence, then decide what is actually worth changing. My client work means dealing with live websites, messy analytics, technical blockers and the pressure to prove commercial value—not neat tutorial examples.

That is what comes into class. We use real Kenyan websites, real datasets and real audits. I explain the reasoning, you do the work, and I review your decisions directly. The goal is not to help you memorise a checklist. It is to help you make and defend a sound SEO recommendation to a client, manager or founder.
