Graphic Design Services in Kenya

Design that makes your business look like it deserves the sale.

Logos, brand identity, marketing materials, and social graphics. Work that looks considered rather than assembled, so people take you seriously before you’ve said a word.

Graphic design services built around what the work has to achieve

Most businesses in Kenya get design the same way. A freelancer on WhatsApp, a template edited in Canva, a logo that came back in a JPEG with no source file. Each piece looks different from the last, and together they make a business look smaller than it is.

Design is the first thing people judge you on, usually before they’ve read anything. A proposal that looks thrown together makes the price harder to justify. A social feed with five different fonts reads as a business that isn’t paying attention. It costs you sales you never hear about.

We work from a proper system. Your colours, type, and visual rules decided once, then applied consistently across everything you put out, so each piece reinforces the last instead of competing with it. And you get the source files, because they’re yours.

What our graphic design services give you

Design that holds together across everything your business puts in front of people.

A brand that stays consistent

Colours, type, and rules set once and applied everywhere. Your social posts, proposals, and profile all look like they came from the same business.

Design made for where it's going

A social graphic, a printed profile, and a landing page all need different treatment. We build each one for the place it will actually be seen.

You own the files

Source files, print-ready versions, and every format you need, handed over properly. No coming back to us to get a logo in the right size.

Work that's tied to results

We run ads and build sites, so the design gets made knowing what it has to do. Attractive is not the same thing as effective.

How our graphic design process works

Three stages from first conversation to files you can use.

We work out what it needs to do

Before anything gets designed, we agree what the work is for, who it’s speaking to, and what it needs to achieve. Most design goes wrong at this stage, not in the execution.

We design, you review

You see concepts before anything is finished, with a set number of revision rounds agreed upfront. That keeps the project moving instead of drifting through endless small changes.

We hand over everything

Final files in every format you need, source files included, and guidance on using them. If it’s going to print, we supply it print-ready with the right bleed and colour profile.

How much do graphic design services cost in Kenya?

It depends on the piece. A single social graphic is a different job to a full brand identity with a logo, colour system, and guidelines. What moves the price is how much thinking the work needs, how many concepts and revisions are involved, and how many formats you need at the end. Tell us what you need designed and we’ll scope it properly rather than quoting a number that has to be revised once we understand the job.

Brand identity and logo design, company profiles and proposals, social media graphics, marketing materials, presentation decks, and design for print. If you’re running ads with us, the ad creative is part of that work rather than a separate project. What we don’t do is one-off design with no context, because work made without knowing what it’s for tends to come back for revisions.

Yes. You get the editable source files along with every format you’ll practically need, including versions for print, web, and social, plus variations for light and dark backgrounds. This matters more than people realise. Plenty of businesses in Kenya are stuck with a logo they only have as a low-resolution JPEG, which means every new use requires paying someone to recreate it.

We agree the number upfront as part of the scope, usually two or three rounds depending on the project. That’s deliberate. Unlimited revisions sound generous but they tend to make projects worse, because feedback drifts and nobody feels able to call it finished. A defined number keeps the work sharp and gets it delivered.

Yes. Print has requirements digital doesn’t, including bleed, safe margins, resolution, and CMYK colour, and files that ignore those come back from the printer wrong or come out looking nothing like the screen version. We supply print-ready artwork set up correctly. If you also need the printing done, our sister brand Printly handles production and delivery.
