TikTok Ads Management in Kenya

Get in front of people before they know they want it.

TikTok is where Kenyan attention is, and the cost of reaching it is still low. We build the campaigns, make the creative, and turn views into customers.

TikTok ads management that starts with content, not settings

TikTok punishes anything that looks like an advert. The platform is built around content people choose to watch, so an ad that announces itself gets scrolled past in half a second, no matter how good the targeting is.

That’s why most brands struggle here. They take a Facebook ad, resize it vertically, and wonder why it doesn’t work. TikTok needs content made for TikTok, native, fast, and shot the way people actually post.

We make that content, test it properly, and track what turns views into sales rather than what gets the most likes. And because the platform is still early in Kenya, the cost of reaching people is lower here than anywhere else right now. That advantage won’t last, which is the argument for starting sooner rather than later.

What our TikTok ads management gives you

TikTok works when the content earns attention. Here’s how we run it.

Content built for the platform

Native, vertical, and made to be watched rather than skipped. Not a repurposed Facebook ad turned sideways.

Cheaper reach while it lasts

Competition in Kenya is still low, so impressions cost less than on Meta. Getting in early means paying less for the same attention.

Hooks tested, not guessed

The first two seconds decide everything. We test multiple openings and put budget behind the ones that hold people.

Tracking that ties views to sales

Pixel and Events API set up properly, so you see cost per sale, not just view counts that look good in a report.

How our TikTok ads management works

Three steps from first conversation to content that sells.

We work out what will hold attention

We look at what you sell and what’s already working in your category on the platform. That gives us the hooks and formats worth making, before anything gets filmed.

We make the content and set up tracking

Multiple variations shot native to the platform, with the pixel and Events API tested before launch. Nothing runs until we can measure what it does.

We test, cut, and scale

Weekly review of hook rate, hold rate, and cost per result. Budget shifts to the winners, and fresh content goes in before the old batch burns out.

Ready to reach people where they're actually spending their time?

Tell us what you sell and who you’re trying to reach. We’ll tell you honestly whether TikTok is right for your business, and what it would take to make it work.

How much do TikTok ads cost in Kenya?

You set the budget and pay for impressions, and right now those impressions cost less than on Meta because fewer businesses are competing here. What actually decides your cost per sale is the content, not the bidding. Strong creative gets served more cheaply because the platform rewards what people watch. Our management fee sits on top of ad spend and depends on account size, so we quote it once we’ve seen what you need.

It sells, but not the way search does. Nobody opens TikTok intending to buy, so it works by creating demand rather than capturing it. That makes it strong for products people can see and understand quickly, and for brands trying to reach a younger audience that isn’t searching for them yet. It’s weaker for services with a long consideration cycle, and we’ll say so if that’s your situation.

We make them. Creative is the whole job on TikTok, so handing it off separately doesn’t work. We produce the content from your products, footage, and brand, shot native to the platform. If you’re already making content in-house, we’ll work with what you have and tell you what’s converting so you can produce more of it.

You can upload them, but they rarely work. TikTok audiences recognise a repurposed ad immediately and scroll past it. The platform’s own data consistently shows native content outperforming polished commercial creative. Reusing assets saves time and costs you results, which is the wrong trade on a platform where creative is the main lever.

Facebook and Instagram reach a broader age range and have more mature targeting and tracking, so they’re usually the safer first step. TikTok reaches younger audiences, costs less per impression right now, and rewards brands willing to make proper content for it. If you sell something visual and can commit to producing content regularly, TikTok is worth running alongside Meta rather than instead of it.
